Sunday afternoon in Ballard, and you want somewhere to watch the game that is not heaving, not a sports bar, and does decent food. That is more or less why we put a screen in.
We are not a sports bar and we are not pretending to be. There is one screen, the game is on, and the rest of the room carries on as normal. If you want to watch properly you will get a good view. If you are half watching while eating a pizza, that works too.
No booking, no cover, no minimum. Turn up.
Pizza on organic hand tossed dough, made here. If you are two people, one pizza and two beers does it. If there are six of you, order four and some salads and work through them.
Fourteen rotating taps, and we pour in sixteen, eight and five ounce sizes, which matters more than people think across a three hour game.
Both welcome, inside and on the patio, with no cutoff time. We are a family restaurant that serves beer and wine, so nobody is going to ask your eight year old to leave at seven o'clock.
The back patio is one of the biggest in Ballard and it catches the late afternoon sun, which for an early kick-off is the best seat in the place.
Watching at someone's flat instead? Fifteen percent off any to-go order over $150 with a day's notice. If you live in one of the buildings near us you are a two minute walk away.
2446 NW Market St, Ballard. See what is on tap, look at the pizza menu, or just come down.
